Question 1

Where can I see exactly what's in each formula?

Accepted Answer

Every product page shows a photo of the full Supplement Facts panel, plus the directions and cautions from the label, so you can check the serving size, servings per container and the amount of each ingredient before you buy. For the why behind an ingredient, see our ingredient library.

Question 2

What's the difference between Creatine Monohydrate Powder and Creatine+?

Accepted Answer

Creatine Monohydrate Powder is a single ingredient: 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate per 5.6 g scoop, with 50 servings in a 281 g jar. Creatine+ pairs the same 5,000 mg with sodium, potassium and magnesium in a 22-calorie scoop, made for training days when you sweat a lot.

Question 3

Are your products vegan or dairy-free?

Accepted Answer

Not all of them. Whey Protein and Colostrum+ are made from milk, while Plant Protein is made from plant sources instead of dairy. Check the allergen information and other ingredients, including capsule ingredients, on each product page before you buy.

Question 4

Which products contain caffeine?

Accepted Answer

Mind + Energy Formula contains caffeine, so take it in the morning or early afternoon. Nitric Oxide+ is stimulant-free, and Beetroot + Hibiscus is a caffeine-free drink powder.

Question 5

How do I take my supplements?

Accepted Answer

Follow the directions on your label, since every formula is different. Vitamin D3 + K2 is one capsule a day, ACV + Probiotic is a two-capsule serving, and Sleep+ is taken about 30 minutes before bed. Never take more than the suggested serving.

Question 6

Do I need a loading phase for creatine?

Accepted Answer

No. One scoop a day, on training and rest days, is the simplest routine. Mix Creatine Monohydrate Powder into water or your favorite drink. Creatine+ is made to drink during or after training.

Question 7

How do I use your protein powders?

Accepted Answer

Mix a serving into water, milk or a smoothie, or stir it into yogurt and baking. Whey Protein – Vanilla delivers 22 g of protein in 120 calories, and Plant Protein – Vanilla delivers 20 g in 110 calories.

Question 8

Can I take more than one ZuvoNutrition product?

Accepted Answer

Many customers do, but compare labels for shared ingredients and timing. Both creatine powders contain creatine monohydrate, turmeric appears in Turmeric + BioPerine and Glucosamine + MSM, Mind + Energy is for mornings and Sleep+ is for evenings. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.

Question 9

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Accepted Answer

Choose Subscribe on any product, then pick your supply. Every unit is discounted 15%, 20% or 25%, and bigger supplies send more units per delivery for the bigger discount: a 3 Month Supply of a capsule formula ships 3 bottles, a 6 Month Supply ships 6. You pay for each delivery when it renews, never in advance.

Question 10

How often will my subscription ship?

Accepted Answer

Each renewal ships a few days before your current supply runs out: Most capsules and drink powders, like Vitamin D3 + K2: 1 Month Supply every 25 days (15% off), 3 Month Supply every 86 days (20% off), 6 Month Supply every 177 days (25% off).; Creatine Monohydrate Powder: 50 Day Supply every 45 days (15% off), 150 Day Supply every 145 days (20% off), 300 Day Supply every 295 days (25% off).; Whey and Plant Protein: 24 Day Supply every 19 days (15% off), 72 Day Supply every 67 days (20% off), 144 Day Supply every 139 days (25% off).; Each product's supply selector shows its exact options and prices.

Question 11

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no minimum number of deliveries, so you can cancel anytime. Manage your subscription from your account, or email contact@zuvonutrition.com and we'll update it for you.

Question 12

How do your bundles work?

Accepted Answer

Bundles pair two to four complementary formulas at a lower price than buying each one separately, as a one-time purchase. The Starter Bundle, for example, includes ACV + Probiotic, Creatine+, NAD+ and Sleep+. Prefer to choose your own? Build Your Bundle lets you stack 2–6 formulas on Subscribe & Save.

Question 13

How fast will my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday (excluding US federal holidays), are handed to the carrier the same business day. Later orders go out the next business day. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days within the contiguous US, and Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Delivery windows come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking link.

Question 14

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

US orders over $50 ship free, and orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95. Your exact rate, plus any active free-shipping offer, is shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Question 15

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Because supplements are consumable, all sales are final. We can't accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order enters fulfillment, even for unopened products. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are the exception, as explained below.

Question 16

What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

Email contact@zuvonutrition.com within 5 calendar days of the carrier's delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product (with the tamper seal), the lot and expiration number, and the shipping label. Qualifying claims receive a free replacement of the affected item or 100% store credit. Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to.

Question 17

What if my package is lost or marked delivered but missing?

Accepted Answer

If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors, wait 48 hours, then file a missing mail claim with the carrier. We can't replace packages after they're marked delivered. If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive business days and the carrier confirms it lost, we'll send a one-time replacement or store credit.

Question 18

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order or change its address before it enters fulfillment, and payment processing fees of up to 3.5% may be deducted from an approved cancellation. If we approve a monetary refund, it goes to your original payment method and takes 5–10 business days to post. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
