Everyday Wellness
A good routine is one you'll actually stick with. Pair your supplement with something you already do, like breakfast or brushing your teeth, and add a second product only once the first habit feels automatic.
Formulation
Every ZuvoNutrition product carries a Supplement Facts panel. Once you know the units and terms, comparing products takes about a minute. Four things worth checking first, with examples from our own labels.
Browse the ingredient library01
Every amount on the panel is per serving, and a serving isn't always one capsule. Immune+ and NAD+ are two-capsule servings, while our 20 Billion Probiotic is one.
02
Milligrams (mg) and micrograms (mcg) measure weight; 1 mg equals 1,000 mcg. Vitamin D is often shown both ways: our Vitamin D3 + K2 lists 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of D3 with 200 mcg of K2.
03
Probiotics are counted in colony-forming units (CFU). A good label names the strains and says when the count applies. Our 20 Billion Probiotic states 20 billion CFU at manufacture, from a 13-strain blend.
04
A blend shows its total weight, with ingredients listed from most to least. Mind + Energy Formula has a 255 mg blend that includes caffeine, so it's best taken in the morning or early afternoon.

FAQs
Quick answers to what readers ask us most. For orders, subscriptions and returns, see our full FAQ page.
Start with one goal, like digestion, sleep or training, and pick one product for it. Read the label for the serving size and amounts, and give it time as part of a daily routine. Our step-by-step guide walks you through it.
Follow the directions on each label. Some products do have a clear time: Sleep+ is taken about 30 minutes before bed, and Mind + Energy contains caffeine, so it's a morning or early-afternoon capsule. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so many people take it with a meal. For most others, taking them at the same time every day matters more than the exact hour.
Many people do. Before you combine products, check the labels for ingredients that appear in more than one. For example, vitamin C and zinc are in both Immune+ and the Vision + Antioxidant Formula. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.
Choose Subscribe on any formula above, then pick a supply. A 1-Month Supply sends one bottle per delivery at 15% off, a 3-Month Supply sends three at 20% off, and a 6-Month Supply sends six at 25% off, each renewing on a matching cycle. Creatine Monohydrate Powder uses 50-, 150- and 300-day supplies. Each card shows the price, pack size and renewal interval before you add it, and every formula can also be bought once. Orders ship in 2–4 business days. Managing a subscription is covered on our FAQ page.
Every product page shows the Supplement Facts panel with the serving size, the amount of each ingredient per serving and the directions, and the same information is printed on the pack. For plain-English explanations of each ingredient, visit our ingredient library.
