Before you start

Each recipe uses one scoop, the daily serving on the label. Beetroot + Hibiscus is tart. Reds+ is a sweeter berry flavor. Both are sweetened with stevia and contain no caffeine.

1. Hibiscus beet spritz

  • 1 scoop Beetroot + Hibiscus
  • 2 oz cold still water
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • Squeeze of lime, ice, a few mint leaves

Whisk the powder into the still water first so it dissolves, then top with sparkling water, lime and ice. A good swap for an afternoon soda.

2. Berry iced tea

  • 1 scoop Reds+
  • 8 oz chilled caffeine-free herbal tea, such as rooibos or berry
  • Ice, a few frozen raspberries

Shake the Reds+ with the cold tea in a shaker bottle and pour over ice and raspberries.

3. Post-run cooler

  • 1 scoop Beetroot + Hibiscus
  • 6 oz cold water
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • Pinch of salt (optional), ice

Shake and pour over ice. If you take Creatine+, have it as its own drink rather than adding it to this one, so you can follow each label’s directions.

Tips

  • Mix the powder into a little liquid first, then top up. It dissolves faster.
  • Have one scoop of each product a day, as on the label.
  • Beetroot can turn urine pink or red for a day or so. It is harmless.
